Be respectful
- Treat cooks and customers with the same courtesy you would in person
- Honour dietary preferences and restrictions when they are stated
- Keep in-app chat polite and to the point
- Respect regional and cultural differences in how food is made
Be honest
- Describe dishes accurately, including how they are actually cooked
- List ingredients and allergens transparently
- Leave genuine ratings based on real orders
- Report problems truthfully — fake reviews can be reported and removed
Be responsible
- Follow the food safety standards on both sides
- Honour the prep time and ready-by window you committed to
- Turn up for the orders you accept
- Raise issues through the app so they can actually be resolved
Be supportive
- Encourage newly verified kitchens — everyone starts at zero orders
- Leave specific, useful feedback rather than just a star count
- Reorder from cooks you liked; it is what keeps them earning
- Report inappropriate behaviour from either side
